What made you become a vegetarian, and why?
I became vegetarian 5 years ago after my trip to India where I was introduced to vegetarian Indian cuisine and I didn’t eat meat or fish for 30 days at all. There I also learned that being vegetarian leads you to a healthy lifestyle and it’s got lots of other benefits like animal and environmental welfare, weight loss, lower cancer risks and so many other health, economic, and ethical reasons.
What is your ultimate favourite dish under 30 minutes? Maybe give us your secret recipe?
My favourite would be fettuccini pasta 🍝 with spinach pesto and tomatoes. The recipe you can find on my Instagram page.
Do you hate people that eat meat?
No, I don’t hate them, I used to eat meat myself, before I became vegetarian.
What's your favourite fruit?
Mango is one my favourite fruits.
What's your favourite vegetable?
Tomatoes . 🍅 🍅
Who is your biggest female inspiration?
My mum, always believes in me and support me.
What advice would you give to young women who aspire to be like you?
Don't be afraid to make changes in your life.
When you do, you will get a feeling this change has made you the happiest person in the world
and you want to share it with others and help them too.
