Christelle Brua is pastry chef at the 3 stars restaurant Pre Catelan, in Paris. The 10th october she was designated the world best restaurant’s pastry chef of the year by “Les grandes tables du monde” association.
No woman has ever received this price, Christelle Brua 41, became the first best women pastry in the world.
Her style is very singular and her technique is perfectly executed. Her signature dessert “The souffle crunchy apple - toffee ice cream - cider and sparkling sugar” is a tasty experience full different textures and designed perfectly.
